Eight. Protection against electric shock
Structural guarantee: When installed, in normal use, including open when changing a light bulb or starter, strong electric untouchable; hand can open the protective cover open (except for the bulb and lampholders substandard), electric shock protection should be sufficient.
Hand can move the parts to put the most unfavorable position, there should be adequate protection against electric shock.
3 a class of lamps:
(a) for the insulating case, can be touched should be reinforced insulation between the components and the strong electric or equivalent insulation
(b) a metal shell, can reach between components with strong electric double insulation or equivalent insulation, in which case double insulation can not be achieved, can be reinforced insulation (such as lamp holder)
c. basic insulation or equivalent insulation can only change a light bul b or starter before touch (certified replacement parts can be regarded as at least meet the basic insulation requirements)
(d) be open to changing a light bulb glass can not be regarded as additional insulation
- Class I lamps equipped with a cassette lamp holder shall:
(a) normal use, the lamp can not be met, or (b) the use of a grounded metal lamp holder
Movable lamps by the plug and power cord connected to the power protection against electric shock not depend on the support surface; and its terminal can not touch.
5 cover and other components to provide protection against electric shock should have sufficient mechanical strength and reliably fixed, do not loose it in the normal operating conditions.
Charging of the capacitor will not cause excessive voltage (when disconnecting the power), otherwise there should discharge circuit.

10 Insulation resistance and dielectric strength
(1) Insulation resistance:
Safe low voltage (SELV) (? 50V): 100V 1min?? 1M?
Safe low voltage (? 50V): 500V 1min?? 2M?: Additional basic insulation of different polarity;? 4M?: Reinforced insulation, double insulation
(2) Dielectric strength:
SELV: 500V, 1min
Non-SELV: 2U +1000 V (BI), 2U +1750 V (SI), 4U +2750 V-(RI), 1min
Leakage current: ClassII: 0.5mA Class I: 1.0 mA
Xi. Climb creepage distances
1.SELV components should also be a sufficient distance from the live parts of different polarity should be consistent with basic insulation requirements.

12 Endurance and thermal tests
(1) durable:
