Incandescent doomsday soon

From 1996, China began the implementation of green lighting project. In 2008, the National Development and Reform Commission, and financial subsidies to promote efficient lighting products to bulk users and urban and rural residents to purchase energy-saving lamps were given a subsidy of 30% and 50%, but so far, China has given no specific time of the final phase-out incandescent tables.
I understand that, in addition to the timetable, National Development and Reform Commission is currently looking to gradually phase out incandescent supporting policies to promote energy-saving lamps and special planning.

Energy-saving lamp enterprises directly benefit
In 2009, incandescent production of 3.76 billion, accounting for about one-third of world production, production of compact fluorescent lamps (CFL) 3.65 billion, accounting for more than 80 percent of world production.
